The University Bibliography is partially conform with the Directive (EU) 2016/2102, the Act on Equal Opportunities for Disabled Persons of North-Rhine Westphalia (BGG NRW) and the Ordinance on the Creation of Barrier-Free Information Technology (BITV NRW).
This website is under construction. A BITV test will soon be carried out for this website and the result will be published here.

Ombudsperson's Office for Accessible Information Technology in North Rhine-Westphalia

It is assigned to the representative for the interests of people with disabilities according to § 11 of the Act on Equal Opportunities for Disabled Persons of North-Rhine Westphalia. By including all parties involved the Ombudsperson's Office attempts to determine the circumstances of the lack of accessibility so that the provider can correct them.
